Solar energy hardens steel: HÄRTHA GROUP and EnBW agree long-term electricity supply contract

Aldenhoven/Karlsruhe. Whether in the automotive industry, wind energy business, aerospace sector or in everyday use, components made of hardened steel are needed in many areas.
As a leading service provider in the field of hardening and surface technology, the HÄRTHA GROUP improves the load capacity, wear properties and other characteristics of various components. The finishing processes used here are generally very energy-intensive.
Since 1 October 2022, the HÄRTHA GROUP GmbH, based in North Rhine-Westphalia, has been purchasing part of the energy required for this purpose from EnBW’s Maßbach solar park. To this end, HÄRTHA and EnBW have signed a 15-year corporate power purchase agreement (PPA) for the supply of 10 megawatts of solar energy.
PPAs are an instrument of the energy transition, guaranteeing price stability even in uncertain times
EnBW commissioned the 28-megawatt solar park in Bavaria one year ago. The company realized around two thirds of this – 18.3 megawatts – without funding under the Renewable Energies Act (EEG). The HÄRTHA GROUP GmbH secured part of this solar energy, which is freely available on the market. “PPAs are especially attractive to companies with energy-intensive production processes. They help them to achieve corporate climate goals quickly and efficiently. We are delighted to support the processing of steel at HÄRTHA with our solar energy and thus make a further contribution to the energy transition,” explains Daniel Hacki, Head of Origination at EnBW.
“Our hardening and surface technology services help various players across society to achieve their sustainability goals. For example, we enable our customers to make automotive components more resilient and at the same time lighter. We are proud to play a key role in the field of e-mobility. In the same spirit, it is clear that we also want to be as sustainable as possible when it comes to our own energy consumption. In combination with our own photovoltaic systems at our production sites, this joint project with EnBW supplies an additional and comprehensive source of sustainable energy, which helps us to significantly reduce our carbon footprint,” explains Sven Killmer, CEO of the HÄRTHA GROUP.

NEW STATE OF THE ART LPC PLANT AT THE VERDELLO SITE
Our new LPC facility has arrived! The first trucks were unloaded yesterday and our colleagues in Italy immediately started commissioning the new facility.
LPC means "Low Pressure Carburizing" and is a state-of-the-art technology that enables case hardening and carbonitriding of steel components such as gears, shafts, mechanical components, etc.
The process offers the following advantages:
- Environmentally friendly process: less gas consumption, no CO/CO2 rejection
- Better carburizing efficiency due to the use of acetylene
- No inter-granular oxidation thanks to the absence of oxygen (IGO)
- Perfectly controlled and repeatable case depth with limited tolerances
- Excellent esthetic aspect of the parts

HÄRTHA – WEISSENBURG GMBH: A QUARTER CENTURY OF HARDENING TECHNOLOGY EXPERTISE
Our HÄRTHA – Weißenburg GmbH location is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The cornerstone for the company was laid in 1997 with the founding of HÄRTHALEX Härtetechnik GmbH in Weißenburg. Back then, an office container was the starting signal for a company that can now harden components weighing up to 3.0 tons and with a diameter of up to 1.5 meters.
In the beginning, a new production facility with an administration building was built. The first methods offered were vacuum hardening and gas nitriding. The first machine park consisted of a vacuum furnace, a vacuum tempering furnace, two circulating air tempering furnaces and a gas nitriding system. In 2008, the production area was expanded to include the location in Cadolzburg. Today the company has 70 plants. In 2015, a modern training room was built on the company premises specifically for customer training and the fleet has been expanded to 20 vehicles to date. HÄRTHA-Weißenburg sees itself as a system provider who, in addition to conventional heat treatment options, also offers all other relevant treatments for customer components. Simply "everything from a single source".
HÄRTHA in Weißenburg is also a pioneer in employee health promotion. The location was the first company in the HÄRTHA GROUP to offer leasing bicycles for employees. Almost 50 bicycles have been leased for employees since 2016. The company is also a recognized IHK training company and attaches great importance to training its future employees itself. In order to support future generations at an early stage, the Weißenburg site has been cooperating with the University of Bayreuth for years. The association "Elefant Racing e.V." is supported, in which students can build their own formula racing car and develop their engineering skills here. As part of a supportive and responsible society, HÄRTHA is also actively involved in the community and by sponsoring social institutions and sports clubs.
This year, HÄRTHA – Weißenburg GmbH is celebrating 25 years of progress, technological innovation and economic success. Special thanks go to Mr. Thomas Bückert, who has been an integral part of the company since 1999 and has been successfully managing the business since 2011. He is supported by his 93 employees.
HÄRTHA EXPANDS WORKFORCE BY 250,000 NEW COLLEAGUES
In our nature, insects play an important role as pollinators for many plants or as food for various animals such as hedgehogs or birds. The use of pesticides and the progressive impoverishment of the landscape make it difficult for many species to find sufficient food and habitat. Our gardens are therefore last refuges and by choosing the right plants we can offer many insects a valuable habitat.
At our location in Aldenhoven, we have created a new home and a new workplace for 5 bee colonies in the middle of a newly created orchard. In this way we make a contribution to our environment and our employees benefit from our fresh fruit and honey. We welcome our new colleagues!
In summer, a single colony of bees can number up to 60,000 animals. Our five colonies currently consist of around 250,000 busy bees. Every colony has a queen and only she lays eggs. In summer she lays up to 2,500 of them per day. During the busy summer weeks, bees live about 30 days (except for the queen, of course). A worker bee harvests about 4.8g of honey in her lifetime. It takes 100 busy bees to produce a jar (500 g) of honey. HÄRTHA, we take responsibility.
75 YEARS OF SABO BOXTEL BV
It's a success story from the Netherlands. Our SABO BOXTEL location is celebrating its 75th anniversary this month. The foundation stone for the company was laid in 1947 by Mr. Cees van Schaaijk with the founding of SABO BV in BOXTEL. It is the starting signal for a company that today can harden components weighing up to 6 tons and with a diameter of up to 6 meters.
It all started with the production of axles for agricultural vehicles. Bulldozer sales were added in the 1960s. A short time later, SABO began welding chains and sprockets for tracked vehicles. In the late 1970's SABO began induction hardening connector pins used in parts on these vehicles. Mr. van Schaajik bought a first used induction hardening system. That was the starting signal for today's business field as a hardening shop. In 1988 Mr. van Schaaijk passed away and his son-in-law Jan Daemen continued the business. When Mr. Johan van Beek took over the company in 1995, it had two induction hardening systems. Over the years, Mr. van Beek continued to expand the company and today SABO BOXTEL has 7 high-tech induction hardening systems. This makes the company the Dutch market leader in induction hardening. This year, the product range was expanded to include the nitriding process.
Today SABO BOXTEL celebrates 75 years of progress, technological innovation and economic success. It has been part of our HÄRTHA GROUP since 2016. Special thanks go to the then owner and current managing director Johan van Beek, who has been running the business successfully since 1995. He is supported by his 14 employees.

At our location in Stollberg, the first employees have now taken over their leasing bikes. Teresa F. has decided on a Liv Vall E+2 and her colleague Mirko S. will be riding a Giant Stance E+EX in the future. So far, more than 70 employees in our company have taken advantage of the offer of bicycle leasing via salary conversion. IATF 16949 - OUR FORTE WÄRMEBEHANDLUNG GMBH SUBSEQUENTLY CERTIFIED
After completing the re-certification audit, our Forte Heat Treatment GmbH successfully passed the IATF (International Automotive Task Force) 16949 audit. Once again, our location in Stollberg was able to convince the auditors with a high level of flexibility, efficiency and process quality and was subsequently recertified.
The IATF certificate not only qualifies Forte as a supplier for the automotive industry, but also shows our other customers a strong commitment to product quality and quality management.

The standard according to IATF 16949 includes all published quality standards of the automotive industry and covers the entire value chain of this industry. The certificate is the formal commitment to excellence, cost efficiency and delivery reliability. The TEAM OF HÄNDLE HÄRTEREI GMBH HELPS TO PLANT 68 TREES IN MALAWI!
In the first quarter of 2022, the team at our HÄNDLE Härterei GmbH helped plant 68 trees in Malawi/ Africa! At Händle Härterei, we attach great importance to the health of our employees and therefore provide free fruit baskets for all colleagues. By consuming the Fruitful Office fruit baskets and boxes, we not only do something good for our employees, but also for nature and support people in a difficult economic situation. For every basket ordered, Fruitful Office plants a tree in Malawi with the help of Ripple Africa.
Our employees at the Tübingen site are always happy when the "fresh parcels" arrive. As an employer, we continuously offer our employees a great selection of fresh fruit as a healthy alternative to sweet snacks. Companies in the automotive industry have to continuously adapt to new needs and innovations. NITRIDING - NEW PROCESS AND PLANT TECHNOLOGY AT THE SABOBOXTEL SITE
With the two new, modern, evaluable nitriding tempering furnaces, we are expanding our product range at the SABOBOXTEL site to include the nitriding process. Supported by key figure control with a hydrogen sensor and oxygen probe, we can control our processes gas nitriding, gas nitrocarburizing, oxidation, aldox and vacuum annealing down to the smallest detail.
And what do our customers get out of it? A wider range of products, fast delivery times and a perfect all-round service!

With the two business areas HALEX EXTRUSION DIES and HÄRTHA HARDENING INDUSTRIES, the HALEX Group is one of the leading manufacturers of extrusion dies and service providers for surface technology in Europe. HALEX EXTRUSION DIES designs and manufactures the latest generation of aluminum extrusion dies. Equipped with state of the art machines and manufacturing equipment, HALEX EXTRUSION DIES is able to manufacture individual tools in top quality according to customer requirements with the shortest delivery times. Continuous improvement of all process steps, innovation and progress have a long tradition at HALEX.
The new shareholder of the HALEX EXTRUSION DIES division is Exco Technologies Limited, a Canadian group of companies which, thanks to its high level of expertise in the field of extrusion dies, offers the perfect new environment for the toolmaking sector. The acquisition of the second largest manufacturer of extrusion dies in Europe represents an important strategic step in the European market for the Canadian parent company.

EXPANSION OF PRODUCTION CAPACITY AT THE CADOLZBURG LOCATION
We have expanded our production capacities at the Cadolzburg location with another pulse plasma nitriding system. The two treatment chambers each have a usable space of Ø 1,000 mm x 2,300 mm and a maximum batch weight of 3,000 kg. The so-called tandem technology does not result in any downtimes. Overall, we can now heat-treat components and workpieces for our customers on 6 pulse plasma nitriding systems.
And what do our customers get out of it? Fast delivery times and a perfect all-round service!
BIG BUSINESS – NO PROBLEM FOR OUR NETHERLAND LOCATION SABO BOXTEL
This part is a cable drum for a big winch of a crane. The material is S355 and the cable grove is flame hardened up to 350 HB with ca 2 mm hardening depth. Diameter of groove 824 mm, length of drum 2300mm, cable diameter 32 mm and total weight of 1.600Kg.

AfB is Europe's largest non-profit IT company, specializing in taking over used business IT, deleting it in a certified manner, processing it and marketing it again. Devices that are no longer marketable are dismantled and professionally recycled. This protects the environment and saves valuable resources. AfB stands for "work for people with disabilities". All process steps are barrier-free, because at AfB people with and without disabilities work hand in hand. The non-profits AfB social & green IT and Haus des Stiftens have made 70,000 IT donations available for non-profit organizations over the past 10 years. During this time, more than 70,000 company notebooks, PCs, smartphones and monitors were picked up, deleted and completely overhauled by AfB. They were then passed on to non-profit associations, foundations, social institutions and other non-profit organizations via the IT portal Stifter-helfen.de with a 12-month guarantee.
Business devices from the HALEX GROUP also find a second life in the non-profit sector.

OUR HARDENING LOCATION IN NRW, HÄRTHA - ALDENHOVEN GMBH, SUPPORTS A SOCIAL PROJECT IN JÜLICH
At its company location, HÄRTHA - Aldenhoven GmbH supports social projects that benefit the region. HÄRTHA works in a future-oriented way, so it is obvious to support children who are our future. Ralf Einenkel, Managing Director of HÄRTHA - Aldenhoven GmbH, visited the youth welfare organization Königshof e.V. in Jülich Bourheim. He had good news in his luggage. There is currently a lack of outdoor play equipment and older play equipment has to be replaced. So the company's donation comes at the right time.
There are currently around 15 children in the care of the youth welfare facility. The youth welfare facility Königshof was opened in March 1995 by the couple Odenthal.

HALEX HOLDING GMBH SUPPORTS SOCIAL PROJECT AT THE COMPANY LOCATION - SOCIAL COMMITMENT WITH LOCAL REFERENCE - DONATION HANDOVER TO JÜLICHER TAFEL E.V.
As a local company, it is important to us to support the region and its social projects. As a representative for HALEX Holding GmbH, Thomas Jahn (Head of Human Resources) visited the Jülicher Tafel e. V. and got to know Ms. Güldenberg and Ms. Heidelberg as well as the social work of the Jülicher Tafel e. V.
The effects of the corona pandemic can also be seen in the work of the Juelicher Tafel. Many volunteers are currently unable to provide support because themselves belong to the risk group. At the moment, support is given to young people who are doing federal voluntary service. The number of people attending the table has recently risen due to short-time working in many companies. Due to the corona situation, only 40 benefit communities are currently allowed to use the Jülicher Tafel per day so that the hygiene regulations are adhered to. Before that, there were up to 80 benefit communities. All volunteers make a large and important contribution.

Even large quantities will be delivered to the customers’ facilities with minimal lead times and optimal quality. VISITA "MONTY" AL NOSTRO STABILIMENTO HÄRTHA DI CADOLZBURG
“Come emerge di seguito, lo scorso anno siamo riusciti a visitare diversi impianti di tempra Härtha (impianti di trattamento termico commerciale) in Europa. Una visita in Germania la scorsa settimana ci ha dato l’occasione di vedere, per la prima volta, la sede di Weissenburg. Questo stabilimento è stato fondato nel 1997 e collabora strettamente con quello di Cadolzburg (istituito nel 2008), che dista 70 km. Le due sedi hanno in totale 92 dipendenti, gestiti dall’Amministratore Delegato Thomas Bückert. Ciò ne fa un polo del trattamento termico commerciale di dimensioni ragguardevoli. L’impianto di Cadolzburg è estremamente specializzato con diversi forni di nitrurazione al plasma, abbinati a forni sotto vuoto e sistemi di nitrurazione a gas – tutti progettati per servire i settori automobilistico, medico e dell’estrusione a stampo. È un impianto fantastico, assolutamente immacolato nonché uno dei maggiori poli della nitrurazione al plasma in Germania. Siamo lieti di annunciare che i nostri stabilimenti HÄRTHA di Verdello e Verona hanno portato a termine con successo i processi di certificazione a norma ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 e ISO 45001: 2018. In tale contesto è stato anche ribadito che gli stabilimenti si adoperano, ormai da anni, per il miglioramento della qualità dei servizi da noi offerti, ponendo sempre al centro gli effetti di tali miglioramenti sull'ambiente, la salute e la sicurezza dei lavoratori. STABILIMENTO HÄRTHA DI VERONA
La offerta di trattamento termico della HÄRTHA si è arricchita, presso lo stabilimento di Verona, con l'installazione di una nuova macchina di trattamento di tempra ad induzione. Il nuovo macchinario è composto da due stazioni di trattamento (automatica con tavola girevole e manuale). La potenza massima di lavoro è di 200 Kw mentre la frequenza di lavoro è compresa tra 15 e 40 Khz. Sulla stazione di tempra sarà possibile trattare in verticale pezzi fino alla lunghezza di 1000 mm.
17 APPRENDISTI IN 13 ANNI - STABILIMENTO FORTE DI STOLLBERG
Rappresentanti della Camera di Commercio e Industria (IHK) di Chemnitz hanno premiato il nostro stabilimento Forte Wärmebehandlung GmbH di Stollberg quale "Azienda di formazione esemplare". I criteri per l’ottenimento del riconoscimento sono almeno dieci anni di formazione condotta con successo, il rispetto delle leggi sulla formazione professionale, una congrua retribuzione della formazione e la collaborazione in seno al Comitato d'esame dell’IHK. La Forte Wärmebehandlung è stata fondata nel 2004 con cinque collaboratori operanti su un turno unico. Oggi vanta 72 occupati, che lavorano h24. Forma apprendisti dal 2006. Sinora sono stati stipulati complessivamente 17 contratti di formazione - per le professioni Meccatronico, Controllore di materiali e Impiegato addetto alla gestione dell’ufficio.

HALEX INVESTE NELL'AMPLIAMENTO DELLE CAPACITÀ DEL NUOVO STABILIMENTO FORTE WÄRMEBEHANDLUNG STOLLBERG
Lo stabilimento del settore di attività HÄRTHA, la Forte Wärmebehandlung GmbH di Stollberg, che fa parte di HALEX GROUP da dicembre dello scorso anno, ha ampliato le proprie capacità nella ricottura in bianco mediante l’investimento in due nuovi impianti a storte orizzontali. Con dimensioni dei lotti di L/H/P di 900/900/1.200 mm, peso dei lotti fino a 2.500 kg e una temperatura nominale di 750°C gli impianti possono essere evacuati e fatti funzionare sotto gas di protezione. Queste capacità aggiuntive danno slancio alla crescita di Forte Wärmebehandlung GmbH e conseguentemente anche dell’intero gruppo aziendale. HALEX GROUP rilancia la crescita investendo massicciamente sia nell’ampliamento dei nostri stabilimenti che in nuove aziende.
HÄRTHA RILANCIA LA CRESCITA – AMPLIAMENTO DELLE CAPACITÀ, STABILIMENTO HÄRTHA DI ALDENHOVEN
Le capacità dello stabilimento HÄRTHA - Aldenhoven GmbH sono state ampliate con un ulteriore forno a vuoto. Possono essere trattati componenti fino a un massimo di 900 mm X 900 mm X 1200 mm. La pressione di tempra è di 10 bar e la grandezza massima dei lotti è di 2500 kg. Il nuovo impianto è attualmente in fase di messa in servizio e in questo modo l’offerta ai nostri clienti è ulteriormente ampliata.

AMPLIAMENTO DELLA TECNOLOGIA DI PROCESSO E IMPIANTO DI HÄRTHA SEDE DI ALDENHOVEN
La tecnologia di processo e impianto di HÄRTHA - Aldenhoven GmbH è stata ampliata con un forno a vuoto. Possono essere trattati componenti fino a un'altezza massima di 900 mm. Il forno dispone di una funzione di tempra in gas ad alta pressione fino a 10 bar, di un banco pompa per vuoto di precisione e di una regolazione del riscaldamento a 3 zone per un riscaldamento uniforme.
AMPLIAMENTO DELLA TECNOLOGIA DI PROCESSO E IMPIANTO DI HALEX SEDE DI ALDENHOVEN
La tecnologia di processo e impianto di HALEX - Aldenhoven GmbH è stata ampliata con un tornio verticale ad alta precisione. Il diametro massimo di tornitura è di 1.000 mm. Oltre alla lavorazione al tornio, possono esser realizzati anche lavori di fresatura tramite utensili comandati.

NUOVO PROCESSO ALDOX DI HÄRTHA SEDE DI ALDENHOVEN
Il processo ALDOX sviluppato da HÄRTHA – Aldenhoven GmbH consiste in una nitrocarburazione modificata seguita da ossidazione, lavorazione intermedia e ulteriore ossidazione. Una protezione eccellente contro la corrosione, caratteristiche di sfregamento e scorrimento straordinarie, elevata durezza delle superfici, nonché una resistenza nel tempo migliorata contraddistinguono il processo ALDOX e ne garantiscono l'impiego nel settore automobilistico e nei settori della costruzione di macchine e della costruzione di impianti. Il processo ALDOX rappresenta inoltre un'alternativa ecologica ai consueti processi di protezione contro la corrosione come nichelatura/cromatura e anche ai tradizionali processi di nitrurazione in bagno di sale.

Il settore Qualità è stato ampliato con un apparecchio per le prove di durezza completamente automatico per la determinazione della profondità di cementazione (CHD) e della profondità di nitrurazione (NHD).

Le tecniche di processi e investimenti della HÄRTHA - Aldenhoven GmbH si avvalgono ora di un forno di rinvenimento evacuabile/impianto di nitrurazione dotato di pompa a vuoto bifase. Si possono lavorare componenti con dimensioni massime di 900X1500X900. L'impianto di nitrurazione è a raffreddamento rapido ed è dotato di un sensore di nitrurazione, il quale garantisce una struttura della stratificazione mirata: entrambe caratteristiche che consentono tempi di ciclo abbreviati e uno standard qualitativo ancora maggiore.

Le tecniche di processi e investimenti della HALEX - Weißenburg GmbH si ampliano grazie ad una macchina per elettroerosione a tuffo, capace di lavorare pezzi sino ad un diametro massimo di 750 mm, e di un centro di lavorazione orizzontale completamente automatizzato dotato di una stazione di sette palette e di un magazzino attrezzi di 150 pezzi, grazie ai quali possono essere lavorati consecutivamente sino a sette diversi pezzi di diametro massimo di 660mm.
AMPLIAMENTO DELLE TECNICHE DI PROCESSI E INVESTIMENTO I HALEX SEDE DI VERDELLO
I lavori di modernizzazione e di ampliamento dello stabilimento HALEX - Verdello S.R.L. in Italia sono pressoché conclusi: in totale sono state installata sei nuove macchine per elettroerosione a filo di ultima generazione, il che ha migliorato la qualità della camera di compressione nello strumento di estrusione. Inoltre, sono state installate due nuove fresatrici orizzontali a controllo numerico dotate di sette variatori di palette e tre fresatrici verticali a controllo numerico. Attualmente, nello stabilimento di Verdello possono essere prodotti attrezzi da 150 a 720 mm di diametro, sempre mantenendo l'usuale qualità e precisione aziendale.

70 ANNI SABO BOXTEL
Da 70 anni il nostro stabilimento di tempra SABO BOXTEL è il partner per eccellenza in materia di trattamento termico. La pietra miliare per uno sviluppo aziendale pluriennale e di successo fu posata nel giugno del 1947, quando Cornelis Johannes Maria van Schaaijk fondò SABO. SABO iniziò a muovere i primi passi nel settore della tempra ad induzione già negli anni '70. Successivamente alla scomparsa di van Schaaijk, l'azienda passò con successo in gestione a suo genero, Jan Damen, il quale, nel 1995, decise di vendere a Johan van Beek. E' in gestione a quest'ultimo che si ampliò ulteriormente il settore della tempra ad induzione e furono quindi costruiti nuovi impianti ed edifici presso la sede odierna. AMPLIAMENTO DELLE TECNICHE DI PROCESSI E INVESTIMENTO I HÄRTA, SEDE DI VERDELLO
Dal 8/8/2017, il nostro reparto trattamenti termici di Verdello dispone di un nuovo forno di tempra e rinvenimento sotto vuoto (dimensioni di lavoro 900x1200x700 – 2 tonnellate di peso), per la tempra, rinvenimento e la ricottura sotto vuoto alla temperatura massima di 1350 °C.
NUOVO PADIGLIONE SPEDIZIONI E LOGISTICA I HÄRTA, SEDE DI WEISSENBURG
Il settore spedizioni e logistica della HÄRTA - Weißenburg GmbH si è ampliato grazie ad una nuova costruzione, passando da una superficie di 200 m2 ad una di 800 m2. Grazie all'estensione della superficie adibita a magazzino e spedizioni, risultano ottimizzate, sia la preparazione degli ordini clienti pronti, sia le relative possibilità di carico del parco rotabile. Grazie alla semplificazione dei tour, è possibile offrire al cliente un servizio ancora migliore nel settore spedizione e logistica.
AMPLIAMENTO DELLE TECNICHE DI PROCESSI E INVESTIMENTO I HÄRTA, SEDE DI TÜBINGEN
Le tecniche di processi e investimento della HÄNDLE Härterei GmbH sono state ampliate grazie ad un nuovo impianto di pulitura. La pulitura dei componenti precedente e successiva al trattamento a caldo è parte integrante dei processi di trattamento termico. I residui rimasti sulla superficie dei pezzi influiscono non soltanto sul risultato del trattamento termico, ma anche sulla funzionalità dell'impianto per il trattamento termico stesso. HÄNDLE ha optato per un detergente acquoso leggermente alcalino per consentire, oltre che un ottimo effetto pulente, anche una perfetta sintonizzazione con la tecnica dell'impianto, un accoppiamento perfetto con la geometria dei componenti e con le diverse tipologie di residui presenti sugli stessi. Decisiva, oltre al detergente ottimale, è anche la tecnica dell'impianto di pulitura. HÄNDLE ha scelto un impianto a tre fasi di lavaggio. Per ogni bagno, l'impianto offre la possibilità di effettuare una pulizia a spruzzo oppure una pulizia per immersione. Inoltre, esso è addirittura predisposto per una pulizia opzionale ad ultrasuoni. Grazie alla pulizia dell'intera carica di trattamento termico, può essere minimizzato il tempo di riposo che intercorre tra la pulizia e il processo di trattamento a caldo. Il risultato sono tempi ciclo più brevi e, quindi, tempi di consegna più veloci.

CHI È LA SABOBOXTEL BV
Saboboxtel è il più grande fornitore olandese di tempra ad induzione e lavorazione dei metalli. I clienti sono principalmente dai Paesi Bassi, Belgio e Germania e sono attivi nei settori della trasmissione di potenza, industria idraulica, riciclaggio, Offshore, Marine, movimenti di terra e l'industria della carta e l'agricoltura.

CHI È LA HÄNDLE HÄRTEREI GMBH
L'azienda si occupa da oltre 40 anni di trattamenti termici, tecnologie dei materiali, tempre delle superfici e offre i suoi servizi sia nel campo della costruzione di attrezzi, macchine e impianti, che nel campo automobilistico. È grazie a un team di 76 dipendenti che l’azienda è in grado di coprire l'intera gamma di trattamenti termici.

Da giugno è online il nostro nuovo sito web. Il GRUPPO HALEX adesso, con i suoi rami aziendali HALEX e HAERTHA, è strutturato in modo ancora più chiaro e si presenta in un look del tutto nuovo. Da subito potrete qui ricevere tutte le info interessanti nonché le ultime novità sul gruppo. Tuttavia, non siamo ancora del tutto giunti all'atto finale della nostra entrata in scena sul web. Nelle prossime settimane effettueremo alcuni piccoli ampliamenti.

HALEX VUOLE RAFFORZARE LA PROPRIA POSIZIONE DI MERCATO
L'investitore olandese H2 Equity Partners ha acquisito il Gruppo Haarmann. Sotto il nome HALEX GROUP, con i rami aziendali HALEX EXTRUSION DIES e HAERTHA HARDENING INDUSTRIES, la nostra azienda è leader in Germania, Italia e Romania nella produzione di utensili per l'estrusione e nei servizi legati al trattamento termico.
