COMPANY HISTORY

The history of the HÄRTHA GROUP dates back to 1st January 1990 in Aldenhoven (GER). The first tool making operation is opened laying the foundation for the Group. In the following years, more locations are opened in Germany and abroad improving the market position.

1990

First tool making operation opened in Germany

1992

Expansion with the addition of a second tool making operation in Germany

1993

The first hardening plant begins operations in Germany

1997

The first company is set up in Italy

1998

Consolidation of the subsidiaries in a modern group and holding structure

2009

Creation of the HALEX EXTRUSION DIES and HÄRTHA HARDENING INDUSTRIES brands

2016

Company grows with the addition of two hardening plants in Germany and the Netherlands

2018

Expansion with a hardening plant location in Italy

Company grows with the addition of one hardening plant in Germany

2020

Company grows with the addition of one hardening plant in Germany

2021

Company grows with the addition of one hardening plant in Germany

2022

Expansion to include the HÄRTHA COATING INDUSTRIES division
