THE PROCESS

Chemical reduction produces a homogenous nickel-phosphorous layer. Unlike electrolytic nickel plating, die coatings are deposited on your part plane-parallel. As a result, this procedure is also suitable for complex shaped work pieces. The coating process is characterised by outstanding corrosion and wear protection as well as a high level of hardness and good abrasion resistance.

BENEFITS

- High level of protection against corrosion and wear

- High level of hardness

- Wear properties and hardness can be further enhanced by thermal aftercare.

MATERIALS

Almost all metals like steel, stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals can be coated.
